  • What will we do?
First, we will decide on the day's hike based on your hiking experience and what you'd like to see (mountains, waterfalls, lakes, etc). After we pick our destination, we will caravan to the trailhead where we'll stretch to ensure we don't pull a muscle and then get right into the beautiful nature Washington has to offer. If the date or time you want is not available, feel free to contact us!
  • Where do we meet?
We will meet at the Starbucks off 23rd and South Jackson St. 2300 S Jackson St, Suite A, Seattle, WA 98144 I encourage early arrival to grab a bit to eat and be prepared for introductions.
  • What should I wear?
We strongly encourage athletic wear and hiking boots. If you don't have hiking boots, we recommend wearing sneakers with ankle support and good grip on the soles.
  • How long will the hike be?
The duration of the hike will depend on where we decide to go as a group. We typically tell customers to reserve 6 hours and 30 minutes of their day from pick-up to drop-off. The average hiking pace is about 30 minutes per mile, so once we decide the hike we will have a better estimate of time.
  • What's included?
For each hike, the following will be provided: - Knowledgeable guide that will educate you on Washington State, the trail, proper hiking etiquette, the surrounding nature, and much more... - Parking passes - Water (feel free to bring your own if you desire) - Snacks (feel free to bring your own if you desire) - Trekking poles (feel free to bring your own if you desire) - Hand sanitizer (feel free to bring your own if you desire) - Masks (feel free to bring your own if you desire) - Transportation (feel free to drive yourself if you desire) - HeathMath Breathing exercise (if you purchased that package)
  • Where will we go?
Each hike is specifically curated based on the individuals who book. You will receive an email with several questions that will help your guide establish a trail that will best fit your desires and abilities.
  • Do I have to have any experience?
All skill levels are welcomed with Miles Hike Club. Please ensure you respond to the confirmation email and indicate your athletic abilities and familiarity with hiking. This information will help us better serve you.
  • When will I know what trail we are going on?
Customers will know the trail they will be doing at least 24 hours before their schedule hike. This gives our guides enough time to take all things into consideration such as weather, trail conditions, customers desires, etc.
  • How many people will be on each hike?
That number is determined by how many people book; however, we will still explore the great outdoors with you even if you're the only hiker.
  • Do you do private tours?
Yes. If one of our guides are available, then we will work on making this a reality for you. Please reach out to us through our contact page to schedule and talk through the details.
  • Can children come?
Because this will be a long day and most of the hikes chosen are of a moderate difficulty level, we ask that all children under the age of 18 be properly assessed for their ability to complete the hike. We will ask that the legal guardian be responsible for the child for the duration of the experience.
  • Can my pet come?
Although we love animals, unfortunately we can't allow them to come along the hike with us for the safety and comfort of our other customers. However, private tours are an alternative. If interested, please contact us to dicuss details.
  • The date I want is not an option. Can I still book?
If you don't see the date you'd like to go, please contact us to see if we are available at the requested time.
